For Residential Properties: To ensure we conduct an effective and precise detection of leaks, the following prerequisites must be met: Shutting off gas and water supplies. Providing access to the interior of the property. Allowing entry to potential leak sites including walls, windows, doors, and ceilings. If relevant, granting access to the floor directly above the affected area. For Commercial Properties (Including Educational Institutions): To facilitate a smooth and uninterrupted leak detection operation, we necessitate: Turning off main gas and water lines. Scheduling the service during downtime (e.g., outside of business or school hours) to minimise disruption. Ensuring no heavy machinery or vehicles are in operation during our visit. $499.00 Per Hour
